RENOWNED U.S MUSLIMS TO DISCUSS CURRENT EVENTS IN A CANDID FORMAT

Washington, D.C. – August 21, 2010

Hodari Abdul-Ali, host of “Freedom Sounds” on WPFW, 89.3FM in Washington, D.C., will produce a special program on “Muslim Issues in the United States”. It will be broadcast live on Friday, August 27, 2010 from 10 to 11 am on WPFW, a 50,000 watt Pacifica station heard throughout D.C., Maryland and Virginia. It can also be heard live world-wide on www.wpfw.org.

Muslim scholars and activists will discuss topics such as “9/11”, the Cordoba Initiative in New York City, Islamophobia and U.S. imperialism abroad in a hard-hitting format that will allow listeners to call in as well.

Special guests include:
